A clearer view of your school’s revenue

The new Payments Dashboard brings all your financial data into one place. Instead of hunting through multiple screens, you’ll instantly see total collections, outstanding balances, and upcoming payments in one place.

Visual charts show payment trends throughout the school year, helping you anticipate and plan for seasonal cash flow changes.

Full control over reminders

We’ve introduced a Payment Reminders system that shows you exactly which families have been contacted and when, eliminating the guesswork.

With it, you can track which reminders result in payments and adjust your approach accordingly. Automatic reminders are off by default, letting you choose the communication style that fits your school community.

Subscriptions and invoices, made simpler

We’ve also made small updates to the Subscriptions and Invoices views to help you stay on top of recurring payments.

You’ll now see quick stats for active and canceled subscriptions, plus filters to view invoices from specific date ranges, making it easier to find what you need in just a few clicks.

This update is part of a bigger effort to help schools run more smoothly, reducing manual work, improving clarity, and making billing a little less stressful.
