Uploading Signed Waivers and Contracts

Schools often collect important documents as part of the enrollment process, like liability waivers, media release forms, or signed handbooks. a.school lets you upload and store these documents directly in a student’s profile, keeping everything in one place and making it easy to access.

Here’s how to do it:

  • From your school’s page, click on Users, then select the student
  • Click the Add File button in the Signed Waivers and Contracts section of the student’s profile

  • Choose the signed waiver, contract, or other PDF file from your computer.
  • Once uploaded, the file will appear in the student’s profile for future reference. You can view or download it at any time.
