Managing Class Attendance

Here’s how you take attendance of a class:

  • Using the sidebar navigation, select Classes
  • Select the class you want to take the attendance of
  • Click Roster from the top navigation
  • Click Take Attendance
  • Select whether or not students were in attendance by checking or unchecking the box under Present as well as the time they arrived at and left the class

Note: Only Enrolled students can be updated; if a student’s status is marked as Pending, Completed, Dropped, or Transferred, their status won’t be able to be modified.

Attendance Reports

You can generate a number of attendance reports with the Reports tool.

Reports include:

  • Total attendance
  • Missing attendance
  • Students’ attendance detail
