Canceling your School Account

There are two steps involved in canceling your school account.

First, you’ll have to ensure that all active student subscriptions associated with your school are canceled.

Here’s how you do it:

  • Using the side navigation, head to School then Billing
  • Click Subscriptions
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel
  • Click Cancel Subscription

Once you’ve canceled all active student subscriptions, please get in touch with us at hello@a.school.

We’ll double-check that all of your active subscriptions are canceled, settle any outstanding monetary issues, and finalize the closing of your account.
