Edit Subscription Prices

Have you ever needed to adjust a student’s subscription, only to realize you had to cancel and rebuild it from scratch? Not anymore. You can now update the price of an active subscription directly from its detail page.

That means no more canceling or recreating subscriptions, faster adjustments, and far less administrative time spent on billing tweaks.

Track Every Change With Subscription Activity Logs

Transparency builds trust. Every subscription now includes a clear activity log showing when it was created, updated, or canceled. With this built-in history, you’ll always know:

Who made a change and when
What the subscription price was before and after
Exactly when cancellations happened

It’s a more reliable record that keeps everyone aligned.

Create School Notes on Student and Guardian Profiles

Schools often need to capture details that don’t always fit into a rigid template (think allergies, learning plans, or vaccination records). The new School Notes section on student and guardian profiles gives you a flexible, secure space to store exactly that.

You can create custom fields for text, dates, phone numbers, or file uploads, keeping everything in sync with enrollment forms so there’s no need for double entry.

Export Student Data

Sometimes, you need student data outside of a.school for reporting, mail merges, or more in-depth analysis.

With the new export feature, you can select exactly which blocks of data to include, apply filters, and download only the necessary information.
